Edamame(枝豆)



Edamame is a popular side dish at Japanese izakaya restaurants. Boiled or steamed and served with salt. Salt is typical condiment for edamame, it usually using natural sea salt. In Japan, people like to eat edamame beans with beer. It's easy to eat eadamame, place the pod at your mouth, then squeeze or bite the beans into your mouth~ :D
