Chawanmushi (茶碗蒸)

Chawanmushi is an egg custard dish found in Japan. It's specially that it can't be picked up by chopsticks, it's one of the few Japanese dishes that are eaten with a spoon. Maybe some people dislike it taste because it's unlike those common steam egg. Just Try It~ :D
